There was good communication about the order by email and text. On the day of delivery the driver rang in the morning to give an eta, I had to go out 15 mins before the end of our delivery window so the driver kindly said he would come to us first. I was very impressed with this. The bed itself is fabulous, really great quality and looks great - the mattress too is very comfortable. We had previously had a very poor experience with another well known bed supplier - so were delighted to have had great customer experience from Dreams and would definitely recommend.

The customer service was excellent in the Havant branch. Nothing was to much effort they were friendly and exceptionally helpful . I would recommend this Branch anytime.

We needed a new single divan bed. I went to Dreams first and didn't need to go anywhere else! I was welcomed by Cornell and she talked me through all the options available for what I needed. She was exceptionally helpful, offered me water, and to my granddaughter too - and she didn't try to sell me the most expensive option of single bed. The bed arrived on the appointed day, and our old bed was taken away. Great service, friendly people, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Dreams again!

We were looking for a new mattress. We had visited a number of suppliers and Dreams was the last one we visited. The signage on the display was clear and the sales assistant was very informative and gave us time to discuss our options. The delivery was very quick, ordered Saturday and arrived Tuesday, excellent.

From purchasing the bed to the fitters who put the bed together, excellent service, well done Dreams.

I arranged to have my bed delivered and assembled. The delivery team worked really hard with good humour on the hottest day on record. The bed included a Sleepmotion base, which they showed me how to use. It's very well put together and very comfortable.

Mattress shopping can be a nightmare even worse when it is for your 13 year old. We knew roughly what type of mattress we were looking at to purchase. Staff very informative and helpful .... not pushy! Got a great deal on the perfect mattress after we had tried a 'few' and narrowed the choices down. Great price and amazing delivery time!

This is my second purchase from them ,Purchased matress from them highly recommend they listen to what I need ,put me on there dream sleep computer bed to see what I required and after trying what they recommended purchased and delivered within 5 days great service ,

Wouldn't deliver to room of choice left item in hallway I am 62 wife is 67 the delivery guys left it to us to move. When we spoke to customer services our options were
1.down size with no refund
2.reselect a new item at a new cost of £38 & administration cost
3. Cancel order at a cost of £296
None of this explained when we brought the item. Customer services we should have read the ts & cs
We will not use Dreams again

High quality products, delivered on time and by polite, well informed staff. Very impressed with the manufacture quality and the comfort of my new mattress and bed.

Kirsten was really helpful at the Clifton moor york store! She helped us choose the best mattress for us by going on the sleep machine and allowing us time to lay on them! I would highly recommend a visit in store
